Halt the Use of Heavy Machinery on Mountain Road During Spring and Fall

Whereas;  The hunting of Porcupine Caribou is a major component of the Old Crow
          community diet;

Whereas;  Noise disturbance to caribou during migration in Spring and Fall is a
          community concern.
          

Therefore Be It Resolved;	

The  use of heavy machinery on the mountain be halted during Spring and Fall
caribou migration so the caribou can migrate without noise disturbance.
