The Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation Constitution

Whereas;  The Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation Constitution does not allow for an acclaimed 
		chief and council;

Whereas;  The Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation does not have adequate election rules and does 
		not have an election policy.


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

That the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation immediately develop Election Rules and an Election 
Policy;

These Election Rules and Policy are in place before the next election and brought forward 
to be accepted by the people (citizens, beneficiaries) well before the next election.
