General Assembly Rules

Whereas;  Currently the G.A. has no rules of procedure for active participation in the 
		proceedings of the General Assembly.


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

That the G.A. directs the executive to create standard rules and procedures for 
participation in the G.A.
