Resolution No. 2009-04 - Passed by Consensus

Community Economic Development Fund 

Whereas;  Many young men and women in the community would like to establish small 
		businesses, yet lack the financial and personal skills to do so successfully;

Whereas;  The Vuntut Gwitchin General Assembly is hereby directing Chief and Council to 
		focus on the establishment of an Economic Development Fund for the sole purpose of 
		supporting and promoting small business development in the community of Old Crow.


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

That the resources for the Economic Development Program will come from Gas Tax Fund, 
Royalties, VGFN Trust and other surplus funds identified by the administration from time 
to time, or new unallocated funds flowing into the first nations administration..
