Youth Enhancement Fund

Whereas;  A Youth Enhancement Fund of $15, 000.00 (fifteen thousand dollars) was established in 2006;       

Whereas;  This fund has not been accessed by any Vuntut Gwitchin citizen;

Whereas;  There is currently no policy to disburse these funds to Vuntut Gwitchin citizens. 


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

That the Vuntut Gwitchin  Government establish a Youth Enhancement Committee consisiting of 
Vuntut Gwitchin members residing in Old Crow and Whitehorse;

Further, And that, this committee establish criteria and guidelines to release these funds to citizens.
