Resolution No. 2011-05 - Passed by Consensus

Amendment to Article XV of the Constitution - Audit of Accounts

Whereas;  Article XV (15) of the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation Constitution requires the auditor of the 
		First Nation to be a chartered accountant;       

Whereas;  M. McKay and Associates Ltd. are a firm of certified general accountants;

Whereas;  Certified general accountants are recognized as auditors in most jurisdictions of Canada. 


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

THAT Section 1 of Article XV (15) of the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation Constitution be amended by 
inserting "or a certified general accountant" after the word chartered accountant.
