Youth Enhancement fund (YEF)

Whereas; The current YEF guidelines currently Has an income component that hinders
		  most VGFN citizens from accessing the YEF;

Whereas;  This income component prevents out youth from entering sports programs;

Therefore Be It Resolved;	

1. the the VGG take out the income component so all citizens can access the Youth
Enhancement Fund.

2. Revise the current policy.
