Economic Development and Energy Department

Whereas;  The VGG is evolving in its self governance and has additional capacity issues;

Whereas;  That some citizens see a demonstrated need for the VGG to address our local, regional 
		 and global economic development and energy needs as a government;

Whereas;  The VGG is presently in FTA negotiations:

Therefore Be It Resolved;	

That the VGG create an Economic Development and Energy Department for its citizens.
