Youth Music Program

Whereas;  There is a lack of music programming in Old Crow;

Whereas;  Music creates a positive setting enjoyed by the community at special events;

Whereas;  There is unknown talent in the community;

Whereas;  Music can build self-confidence and improve mental wellness:

Therefore Be It Resolved;	

That the Health and Social and the Education/Recreation Departments investigate and provide arts/music 
programs in Old Crow.
