Radio Station - CROW FM

Whereas;  There is a lack of communication coming from VGG to the community members;

Whereas;  We have an operating radio station;

Whereas;  The radio station can bring many positives to the community, with scheduled programming and 
		 fundraising by groups:

Therefore Be It Resolved;	

That a lead contact at VGG coordinate the start of the radio programming and create a community
schedule by October 30, 2015
