Prohibition

Whereas;  Prohibition is a serious matter that has not been adequately resolved despite past efforts;       

Whereas;  The current method of dealing with prohibition does not adequately address issues 
		 associated with alcohol use and abuse:


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

That the VGFN hold community meetings and consultations directed towards resolving the most 
serious issues surrounding alcohol abuse in Old Crow;

That a meaningful and binding decision be made based solidly on the results of the meetings
and consultations before the end of the current Chief and Council's term.
