Whereas;  The VGLP Partner, 40782 Yukon Inc. only required 1 Director since its inception.

Whereas;  We have many VG members with formal training who can now participate:


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

1.	The VGLP Partner, 40782 Yukon Inc. increase its minimum number of Directors to 5.
