Vuntut Development Boards

Whereas;  there are numerous boards that the Vuntut Development Corporation have seats on in 
		 Yukon and Canada;       

Whereas;  it is important that VGFN beneficiaries are trained and become knowledgeable with business 
		 practices, policy and language:


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

1.	VGFN beneficiaries from outside VDC occupy board seats - to learn our businesses and investments.
