Vuntut Gwitchin Business Trust Trustee Appointment

Whereas;  Vuntut Gwitchin Business Trust usually has five trustees;

Whereas;  Currently there are four trustees:


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

1.	Chief and Council will create a list of appropriately trained beneficiaries to present at the next 
Special General Assembly.

2.	That at the Special GA, the GA appoint trustees to the entities with vacancies within the Vuntut 
Gwitchin Business Trust, the Vuntut Gwitchin Trust, and 40782 Yukon Inc.
