Records Management Position

Whereas;  There are numerous documents that need to be monitored on a continuous basis such 
		 as: warranties, and ownership;       

Whereas;  VGG requires effective record management if it is to function effectively and manage resources.

Whereas;  VGG currently suffers from poor records management:

Therefore Be It Resolved;	

1.	A records management position be created to house, retrieve and make documents available 
when needed.

2.	VGG provides adequate funds to purchase records management software.
