Elders Council

Whereas;  Under the VG Constitution, the Elders Council is a separate VGG branch, on par with 
		 Chief and Council:


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

1. That the Elders Council be given an office and a budget that reflects their formal duties and 
responsibilities.
