Gwich'in Council International

Whereas;  VGFN is a founding member of the Gwich'in Council International (GCI);       

Whereas;  VGFN has not been active within Arctic Council activities;

Whereas;  The Arctic Council is a high level circumpolar forum that addresses issues of 
		 community concern, such as climate change, conservation and development:



Therefore Be It Resolved;	

1.	That VGFN Chief and Council ensure two members are appointed to the GCI board.
