Human Resources (HR) Department Independence

Whereas;  The HR Department is currently under the Department of Finance;

Whereas;  The HR Department should be independent from other Departments;

Whereas;  The HR Department should be independently developing proper and effective training 
		plans, focus on staff development , evaluating employees performance, hiring employees, 
		monitoring employees.


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

The Special Assembly November 2017 direct Chief and Council to separate the HR Department and
create a full-time HR Director position within VGG.
