Funds for middle aged people to connect to outside communities

Whereas;  Activities to Dawson, Ft. Yukon etc. are inaccesible;

Whereas;  VGG citizens find it difficult to connect outside of their community:

Therefore be it resolved:

1.	Exchanges and trips are planned around social gatherings and events,

2.	More access through funding.
