Gwitchin Council International

Whereas;  VGFN is a founding member of Gwitchin Council International (GCI);

Whereas;  GCI has not attended the VGFN general assembly for many years;

Whereas;  Currently there are two new board members to GCI since February 2018:


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

1.	VG board members of the GCI to call an immediate meeting with GCI and its Gwitchin 
members (Alaskan members, GTC and executive director) about GCI processes.

2.  VG board members of the GCI to perform tasks ensuring that VGFN citizens have the opportunity
to participate in Arctic Council working groups, through developed and approved work plans.
