Gwitchin Biennial Gathering

Whereas;  It was announced at the Biennial Gwich'in Gathering at Inuvik, NWT in  
          August that Old Crow will host the next Gathering in 2008;

Whereas;  Hosting the Biennial Gwich'in Gathering takes a lot of planning and 
          organizing.

		  
Therefore Be It Resolved;	

That a Committee be established in 2007 to start the planning stages of hosting 
the Biennial Gwich'in Gathering in 2008;

That a budget for the Biennial Gwich'in Gathering be developed in the 2007 - 
2008 and 2008-2009 fiscal years.
