Compensation Funds

Whereas;  The Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation has received two (2) payments from 
          the Vuntut Gwitchin Trust, in 2005 and 2006;

Whereas;  These payments amount to $ 1,428,022.00;

Whereas;  There is a great need to increase healthy programs and services to our 
          First Nation.

		  
Therefore Be It Resolved;	

That a disbursement committee will be established to develop a disbursement 
policy by December 1st, 2006, and that the distribution committee will consist 
of beneficiaries within Old Crow and Whitehorse.;

That the disbursement policy be implemented  by the committee after the policy 
is developed.
