Subsidizing Attendance at the VGFN GA

Whereas;  The VGFN GA is the governing body for the First Nation and is the 
          body that gives a voice to citizens and beneficiaries of VGFN, and;

Whereas;  From time to time the First Nation audits show a surplus.          


Therefore Be It Resolved;

That VGFN budget some of it's year end surplus to subsidize attendance at the 
VGFN GA by citizens and beneficiaries.
