Job Shadow

Whereas;  Skilled citizens are needed to work in the Vuntut Gwitchin Government;

Whereas;  Actual hands on experience is helpful to citizens in realizing the 
          variety of skills needed for government positions and the education 
          needed to gain these skills.
          

Therefore Be It Resolved;	

That a job shadowing program be implemented at Vuntut Gwitchin Government where
citizens can gain first hand experience about positions that they are interested
in.
