Youth Enhancement Fund

Whereas;  Youth are future leaders of the VGFN;

Whereas;  Positive life experiences need to be encouraged and these experiences 
          build character, leadership and skills;
          
Whereas;  There are many activities/opportunities for youth to participate in.

      
Therefore Be It Resolved;

That a Youth Enhancement Fund be established to assist VGFN youth up to age 25 
with financial resources in order to participate in activities/opportunities;

That $15,000 be contributed to this fund on an annual basis;

That a committee be formed to develop policy and processes, and implement the
fund.
