Gwitchin Traditional Camp Improvements

Whereas;  The Vuntut Gwitchin recognize the need of continued traditional and cultural 
                lifestyle;       

Whereas;  Many camps are not habitable or being used on a yearly basis;

Whereas;  Materials are needed to be supplied to improve/ upgrade existing camps on the 
                Porcupine River and Crow Flats;

Whereas;  There are no materials allocated for this purpose and personal cost is too high 
                (shipment of materials);

Whereas;  Funds are needed to be found to promote this program.

Therefore Be It Resolved;	

Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation locate money to promote this program;

A committee be established by local people to properly administer on a need basis and 
accountability.
