Vuntut Gwitchin Text Books

Whereas;  For many years researchers, scientists, historians and post secondary graduates
                have utilized our human and natural resources in the traditional 
                territory of the Vuntut Gwitchin;

Whereas;  The Vuntut Gwitchin Government Heritage Department has completed a lot of 
                excellent work in many aspects of our traditional territory;

Whereas;  We have completed so much excellent research on our history and culture and that 
                good work is compiling;

Whereas;  we have always sought to tell our own stories and teach our children about who 
                we are as Vuntut Gwitchin.


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

The Vuntut Gwitchin Government with a publisher and committee begin to develop our 
history, culture as well as our caribou issue history and so on with the intent of using 
the text book as educational materials for our children and the purpose to utilize.
