Vuntut Gwitchin Development Corporation Board/Trust

Whereas;  The Vuntut Gwitchin Development Corporation currently includes two elected 
		Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation politicians as board members;

Whereas;  The Vuntut Development Corporation should be at arms length from the political 
		influences of the Vuntut Gwitchin Government.


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

That the General Assembly direct the chief to immediately remove one elected Vuntut 
Gwitchin Government politician as a board member and replace that board member with a 
Vuntut Gwitchin beneficiary;

Further, that a terms of reference includes the other political member as an ex-officio only.
