Resolution No. 2010-07 - Passed by Consensus

Renewable Energy Initiative 

Whereas;  The community of Old Crow has been dependent on Diesel power for years;       

Whereas;  Climate change is impacting our community;

Whereas;  Carbon has been scientifically proven to speed up global warming;       

Whereas;  Old Crow should be at the forefront of leading edge technology in regards to renewable 
                energy systems.


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

Old Crow could reduce their dependence on burning fossil fuels, And, invest in converting to 
renewable energy sources. Example all new houses being built in Old Crow should be retrofitted with 
new solar technology.
