Resolution No. 2010-08 - Passed by Consensus

Air North and Vuntut Development Corporation Board of Directors

Whereas;  The current appointed Air North and 40782 Incorporated  (VDC) Board members have been serving
                their terms since inception;

Whereas;  There has been little expansion in regards to the change of Board Members to the Air North and 
                40782 Incorporated (VDC)  Board member;

Whereas;  There has been expressed interest from grass roots beneficiaries to sit on the Air North and 40782 
                Incorporated (VDC) Boards.


Therefore Be It Resolved;	

Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation elected Chief and Council members be unable to  participate on Air North 
and 40782 Incorporated (VDC) Boards,

Further, A new Board of Directors for Air North and 40782 Incorporated (VDC) be selected on a four year 
staggering term and that this term begins immediately

Further, The appointment of a new board members from the community of Old Crow to the Air North Board 
of Directors by the 40782 Incorporated immediately.
